
Minor renovations and inventory system integration project for the Community Lunch on Capitol Hill. Led the team from project conception to closing. Acted as the Product Owner and Scrum Master, and established a strong, success-focused, partnership with the organization’s directors — the client. Defined project goals and timeline: Assembled teams (fundraising, space planning, software, and process) and assessed and formed project strategy in collaboration with the team to determine best approach and lead times for sprint schedule. Performed job costing and identified and secured financial resources for the project. Oversaw assigned tasks and coordinated with the client for deliverables prerequisites. Managed product backlog and created / modified weekly sprint plans
Managed the ASA Cookbook project from conception to delivery / production. Designed and co-edited the project, while coordinating contents for the cookbook across the ASA team, as well as UW leadership.
Husky Giving Day - Parent & Family Program
Designed and co--led the PFP campaign for during the 2021 Husky Giving Day. Created campaign materials for social media campaigns to raise funds for UW students. The campaign supported the Student Life Emergency Funds, Husky Nightwalk, which provided financial relief for UW students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as security for the students on their night commute. Created a social media plan and led its execution, including all graphics / collaterals as part of the execution.
Situational Analysis: The International DOTA 2 Championships
The purpose of the analysis was to identify the strengths of “The International DOTA 2 Championships,” and the strategic opportunities in the video game as an emerging platform for new business, technological application, and media and PR uses.
